The board is Made up of trained, experienced, professionals of all avenues. Not excluding volunteers of the communities working hard to provide excellent and exceptional social unity.

Seeing a need for energetic, nonprofit work in all communities , we formed our foundation to provide valuable and consistent ways to develop solutions for staying interactive  with senior citizens of the communities . We plan to continue to grow and spread cheer. Thank you to all helping hands,

Here at  heart  of hearts foundations, is a team of energetic and enthusiastic members of the community. We are dedicated and committed to keeping senior citizens of all communities active and entertained . This is a traveling nonprofit organization.Visiting various nursing homes, high rises, assisted living facilities,(ect) offering  entertainment such as field trips, movies nights, family fun nights, game nights, dine in nights and much more. Any thing to keep them active, bring them cheer , feel loved , not forgotten and something to consistently look forward too. We also feature a mobile food bank , so that our beloved seniors don’t have the worry of trying to get there. Seeing the need to also bridge gap between in home health services (HHA,PCA), there are other services provided such as prescription pick up / drop off, donated medical supplies, and small grocery shopping requests. Often times life gets busy and we sometimes forget our loved ones , we felt the need for positive nonprofit work in all communities, community means family. (It takes a village) We are the helping hands so they never miss a beat.
